MOVE

Come home to your body through movement, breath and the practice of yoga.

Move is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and explore what it feels like to truly meet yourself where you are. Through 1:1 yoga, breathwork and the wider practices of yoga, we create space to connect with your body, understand yourself a little more deeply, and move in a way that feels good for you.

Yoga in Nature

WHAT DOES MOVE MEAN?

For me, yoga isn't about how a pose looks, how flexible you are, or what you think you should be able to do. It is an opportunity to come into relationship with yourself.

Your body is constantly changing, and so are you. What feels good one day might feel completely different the next. Your practice can reflect that. There is no expectation to push, perform or achieve. Instead, we explore what it means to meet yourself exactly where you are, with curiosity, kindness and compassion.

At this point in my own journey, I feel particularly drawn to 1:1 yoga, creating a space that feels safe, comfortable and completely yours. A space where you don't need to compare yourself to anyone else, keep up with anyone else, or worry about what anyone else is doing. We can listen to what your body needs that day and allow the practice to meet you there.

Alongside movement and asana, we will explore pranayama (breathwork) and, over time, the other limbs and teachings of yoga. These practices offer different ways of connecting with yourself—not just through the physical body, but through the breath, mind and the way you move through your life.

This offering will be coming in late autumn, as I complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. I'm so looking forward to sharing this practice with you and creating a space where you can slow down, breathe, move, explore and, perhaps, meet yourself a little more fully along the way.
