Reconnect with the earth and yourself through the Grounding experience, a 45 minute reflexology treatment designed to bring balance and stability to your body and mind. The journey begins with a cleansing ritual for the feet, followed by a soothing partial leg massage to ease tension and prepare you for a traditional reflexology session. By stimulating specific reflex points on the feet, this treatment encourages relaxation, enhances energy flow and supports overall well-being. The deepen the sense of connection, the experience incorporates a rooting meditation, grounding your energy and brining you back to centre. Finish with a warm herbal tea, leaving you refreshed, balanced and deeply grounded.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Treatment Policy By booking an appointment online, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked treatment fee. Failure to attend (no-show) without notice will result in the full treatment fee being charged. This policy is in place to respect our time and to allow appointments to be offered to other clients. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment will still need to finish at the originally scheduled time, and your treatment duration will be reduced accordingly. The full treatment fee will still apply. Appointments & Payments All appointments are subject to availability. Prices are as stated at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to request deposits or full prepayment for certain treatments or clients. Treatment Suitability & Health Information It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date medical, health, and lifestyle information prior to your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe. Results & Expectations Individual results may vary. While every effort is made to deliver treatments to the highest standard, results cannot be guaranteed. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone at our discretion, including in cases of inappropriate behaviour, repeated late cancellations, or non-attendance.
